Rhadomil Paras - Senior Web Developer Rhadomil Paras earned
his bachelor's degree in Computer Science at Republic Central Colleges. He
worked with Cybermetrics as Senior Software Engineer, with Cybercity
Teleservices Ltd as Programmer and with AMA Computer Learning Center as
Computer Instructor.
His dedication and competence on his chosen field has ensured the company's
successful and premier products and services. He never failed in providing
extensive support to the IT team and to the entire company thus made him an
excellent team player.
Romel Barrera - Desktop Software Applications Romel Barrera
is in charge in developing desktop software and web applications. His
remarkable knowledge in Information Technology makes him one of the best
programmers in Call Com, Inc. He is a critical thinker and always finds
enhanced ways in developing good software. With his Baccalaureate in Science in
Computer Science and Master in Information Technology he can easily respond to
clients' demands with proper management and control.
He also does guest lecturing in some of the respected Universities in Pampanga,
Philippines.
Information Security
Rodel Cayanan - Website Security Rodel Cayanan renders his
proficiency and knowledge in programming and software development for Call Com
Inc.'s website security. His years of service as programmer and software
developer at Cybermetrics Corporation (Cyberware, Inc.), Cyber City
Teleservices, Ltd. and at CDC - Clark Polytechnic establishes him as the right
person for website protection, customer and business management back office
life cycle. He received his Bachelor's degree in Computer Science in AMA
Computer College at Makati City.
Web Planning and Design
Ely Onanad - Web Design and Development Specialist - Ely Onanad has been with the company since September 2006. He specializes in Web Design, HTML Coding, Flash Banners, Cascading Style Sheet and Web Programming (ASP, PHP, Perl, CGI, .NET).
From 1998 to 2005 he worked with various companies including Expo Filipino Corp. as Senior Web Developer. He has been certified with CISCO in 2002 and earned his degree in Computer Science in 1994.
Edwin De Leon - Web Planning and Design - Edwin De Leon's work experiences in Web Development, Programming, Graphics Design, and Flash Animation at various corporations such as Auction.ph made him apt in this job. He is the one who develop the website of Oasis Hotel, ComClark company, Limech Garments and other foreign websites... He has been with Call Com Inc. since September 2006.
His core focus is on Designing Layout in Photoshop / Fireworks / Adobe Illustrator, FLASH Animations, FLASH Video, FLASH Action Scripts, HTML Coding, Cascading Style Sheet and PHP Web Programming.
He earned his degree in Computer Science at Integrated Computer School Foundation and a Computer Programmer in MEGA Computer School at Angeles City. He went on to continue studies in CISCO Networking Solutions at SYSTEMS PLUS College.
Network Administration
Raymond Gozon - Network Administration Raymond Gozon is the
Network Administrator and a VoIP Technology Specialist of Call Com Inc. He
specializes in the field of electronics and computer systems. He is skilled in
designing infrastructure and implementing technology to support user groups,
supporting users as well as multiple remote locations. He is also responsible
for the implementation of VoIP and other software used by the company. Hardware
Troubleshooting including computer/network peripheral devices, audio/video and
other related electronic devices are also his expertise.
He had worked in a multi-million company of DMC Stratex. He is a degree holder
in Mechanical Engineering and Electronics Communication Engineering at Mapua
Institute of Technology. Aside from his exceptional knowledge and skills in
Network Systems, he is also a hard working entrepreneur. He manages his own
Internet Cafe and Computer Shop that specializes in computer hardware and
network systems. Being a career driven individual, Gozon never fails to provide
the best of his ability and diligence to Call Com Inc. enabling to actualize
the company's vision to be the BEST in Information Technology and Call Center
Services Industry.
Technical Support
Dexter Fahd De Jesus - Technical Specialist Dexter De Jesus
is responsible for the technical support department of Call Com Inc. He
provides solutions to escalated technical concerns of clients. With his
expertise in his chosen endeavor, Call Com Inc has always been one of the best
providers when it comes to technical support outsourcing.
He earned his degree in BS Computer Engineering at STI College San Fernando
City. He worked with Sutherland Global Services Inc. as Subject Matter Expert
before joining Call Com Inc.
Search Engine Optimization
Jermil Garcia - SEO Specialist Jermil Garcia concentrates on
the Search Engine Optimization or Search Engine Marketing of several web site
projects of Call Com Inc. This clever well-rounded dynamo work experiences at
Clark Data Center, Inc. and as a computer technician and salesman made him part
of the copywriting team, too. He has been with the company since March 2007. He
obtained a degree in Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at Systems
Technology Institute at Angeles City.
Copywriting Associates
Stephanie Zamora - Copywriting Associate Stephanie Zamora
joined Call Com Inc. in August 2007. Her vast work experiences as a writer for
specific academic papers online to foreign clients and mass media placed her as
one of the highly self-motivated copywriters of the company. She had previously
worked as Technical Support Representative at Sutherland Global Services. She
earned her Certificate in Visual Arts at the University of the Philippines in
Baguio City.
Ruby Ria Yañez - Copywriting Associate Ruby Ria Yañez guides
the Copywriting department and has been in the company since June 2007. Her
diverse work experiences in customer service, marketing and education led her
into copywriting. She has been a call center agent at Cyber City Teleservices,
Ltd. before affiliating at Call Com Inc. She is a licensed teacher and has
acquired her Bachelor of Arts in English at Saint Louis College in La Union.
Corporate Trainers
Babie Jane Francisco - Corporate Trainer Babie Jane
Francisco is accountable for facilitating the preparation of immersion and
education of Call Com Inc.'s trainees in their project familiarity and product
knowledge and works hand in hand closely with Ms. Siapo in improving trainee's
communication skills. Her previous employments as customer service
representative, telemarketer, and marketing staff armed this amiable
personality the adaptability to train potential employee assets.
Macy Grace Siapo - Corporate Trainer Macy Grace Siapo is
responsible for managing and fulfilling the internal needs for education of the
company's trainees including communication skills and product knowledge. She
has joined Call Com Inc. recently after finishing her International Call Center
Proficiency Training at Call Center Academy.
