Call Com Holdings

A holding company is a company that owns other companies' outstanding stock. The purpose of Call Com Holdings is to reduce the risk for the owners and shareholders while allowing ownership and control of other companies, particularly BPO contact centers.

Our Vision

Our vision is simple. To acquire ownership and provide guidance to existing BPO call centers. Our goal is to build a global network of BPO facilities.

Our Strategy

Our strategy is also simple, stability, sustainability and scalability. We first engage a prospective contact center and provide a small contract because small models have small problems. In this stage we can achieve stability with proper training and focus on quality. The next step is sustainability and what that means to us is making sure we can sustain our growth projections without sacrificing quality. Only after sustainability is achieved, can we then implement the last step, which is scalability. This means we can now introduce the process to our whole network of BPO call centers providing a global network of BPO resource

 

The Marketplace

According to McKinsey, the global "addressable" BPO market is worth $122 - $154 billion, of which: 35-40 retail banking, 25-35 insurance, 10-12 travel/hospitality, 10-12 auto, 8-10 telecoms, 8 pharma, 10-15 others and 20-25 is finance, accounting and HR. Moreover, they estimate that 8% of that capacity was utilized as of 2006. Call Com Holdings aims to acquire only 3% of this total market by 2013 giving us an estimated value $5 billion.
